By submitting a testimonial, review, photo, or other content (“Submission”) to Curated Glow Singapore, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to submit a testimonial. By submitting, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Original Content

You confirm that your Submission is original, truthful, and based on your genuine experience using our product. You own all rights to the content submitted and are authorized to grant the permissions outlined below.

3. Usage Rights

By submitting content, you grant Curated Glow Singapore a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, translate, distribute, and display your Submission, in whole or in part, for marketing, advertising, promotional, and other business purposes across any media channels (including but not limited to websites, social media, email marketing, advertisements, and print materials).

4. Photo & Likeness Consent

If your Submission includes photos, videos, or other images of you, you consent to the use of your likeness as described above. You waive any right to inspect or approve the finished materials.

5. Review, Qualification & Reward Fulfillment

All testimonials and submissions will be reviewed and verified by Curated Glow Singapore. Rewards will only be dispatched once a submission has been reviewed and deemed qualified according to the requirements of the applicable promotion. Submission of a testimonial does not guarantee receipt of a reward. All incentives (including free sample kits or full product boxes) are subject to verification, availability, and compliance with these Terms & Conditions.

6. Review & Approval

All Submissions are subject to review. Curated Glow Singapore reserves the right to refuse, edit, or remove any Submission at its discretion, including content that is misleading, inappropriate, or does not comply with these terms.

7. No Medical or Performance Claims

You agree not to make false, misleading, or unsubstantiated claims, including medical or guaranteed outcome claims, in your Submission.

8. Privacy

Personal information submitted will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We will not sell your personal information to third parties.

9. Release of Liability

You release Curated Glow Singapore from any claims, demands, or liabilities arising out of the use of your Submission as permitted under these terms.

10. Modifications

Curated Glow Singapore reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any changes.
